Welcome to DMB Legal Consulting:

Deanna M. Baker, Esq. of DMB Legal Consulting provides experienced, independent investigation services.  Ms. Baker began her career by practicing law at a large employment law firm; she then left to focus on providing workplace investigations and general employment-related consulting, which she did for ten years.  Since 2015, Ms. Baker has focused exclusively on conducting timely, impartial, and comprehensive workplace investigations.


Because of her background, Ms. Baker has a deep undertanding of employment-related issues such as harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and workplace misconduct.  She has conducted hundreds of investigations over her career, which allows her to provide a structured, objective, and legally sound investigative process designed to provide organizations with clear, well-documented findings that support informed decision-making. Ms. Baker is committed to delivering services with professionalism, discretion, and analytical rigor.
